Founder-led delivery. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, Moshin founded Apex Global Technologies to help organizations ship dependable software, web applications, mobile apps, and innovative systems that hold up in production, not just in demos.

Alongside Apex, he works as a freelance software developer at Darajapan (Japanese company), building and maintaining production-ready systems with distributed teams. He has also delivered outcomes with Polaris Cloud AI (US company) and GNA Software Company (Japanese company), from AI-powered products to backends and client solutions shaped by real constraints.

His stack centers on Laravel, React, Flutter, Tailwind CSS, REST APIs, FastAPI, Docker, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud technologies. He also develops AI systems, AI agents, and custom AI models, including model training, evaluation, and production deployment for real business use cases. He is also a Teaching Assistant Lecturer at Makerere University Business School, mentoring students where business insight meets engineering discipline.
